Registration Refund Insurance

During the registration process, you now have the opportunity to add Refund Protect offered by the Protect Group. If purchased and you are unable to attend the event for one of the many covered reasons, Refund Protect enables you to receive a 100% refund of your entry fee and product purchases within 10 business days of submitting a claim.

After reviewing their high customer satisfaction ratings and reviews we chose to offer Refund Protect during registration so you can get some peace of mind and flexibility to help deal with any unforeseen circumstances. We wanted to add this option in hopes of enhancing each participant’s experience by allowing you during registration to add an extra layer of security, ensuring that you won’t lose your investments if life’s unexpected events prevent you from attending.

You can only safeguard your purchase by choosing Refund Protect during registration. It cannot be added after checkout. The Refund Protect service covers a wide range of reasons for cancellation, such as illness, accidents, or transportation issues (see all terms here). If you purchase Refund Protect during registration and are unable to participate, you will have 60 days after the event to complete the refund application. Applications are generally processed within 10 business days of the submission.
